The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is a program designed for individuals aspiring to become trainers and assessors in various professional environments. There are no prerequisite subjects required for entry into this qualification but candidates are required to showcase their vocational competency in the field they intend to teach and assess. Vocational competency refers to a comprehensive understanding of the industry and relevant experience, which may involve holding specific qualifications or units of competency.
