There are no formal entry requirements for this Diploma of Community Services course. However, Educube has additional entry requirements for this qualification;
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Completion of CHC42015 - Certificate IV in Community Services or equivalent
- Demonstrated English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or equivalent
- A satisfactory National Police Check and Working with Children Check may be required for practical placement
- Successful completion of any pre-enrollment assessment or interview conducted by the training provider
- Relevant work experience or industry background may be considered
- Minimum of 200 hours of work experience in a community service setting
- Demonstrated understanding of Commonwealth and State or Territory legislation, Australian standards, and industry codes of practice
Applicants who do not meet the standard entry requirements but have relevant life or work experience may be eligible for a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessment to determine their suitability for the course.

How to Apply for a License
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) means an assessment process that assesses the competency/s of an individual that may have been acquired through formal, non-formal and informal learning to determine the extent to which that individual meets the requirements specified in the training package or VET accredited courses.
You can use a variety of evidence to apply for RPL. Our partnered RTO will assess the evidence to decide if further training or assessment is required.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Records of completed training
- Assessment items
- Assessment records
- Declarations from a student’s employer, and/or
- A copy of student records provided by ASQA.
