Entry Requirements
This qualification is suitable for an Australian apprenticeship pathway and apprenticeship enrollment, you must be employed in the industry.

- Submit your Training Plan Proposal (TPP) with your application.
Admission Requirements
No specific qualifications or prior experience are needed to enroll in this course.
- International students must provide evidence of:
- IELTS score of at least 6.0 or equivalent, or completion of General English or English for Academic Purposes at Advanced level.
- Successful completion of the Genuine Student Test.
- Digital literacy and access to a working internet connection and suitable PC or laptop.
- Language, literacy, and numeracy skills to complete the course requirements.
- Completion of Australian year 12 or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old at the course start date.
Please Note:
- All students must complete a Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) test on orientation day to identify any additional support needs.
- It is recommended to complete 'CPCCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry' before starting, as it's a prerequisite for most units in the qualification.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) means an assessment process that assesses the competency/s of an individual that may have been acquired through formal, non-formal and informal learning to determine the extent to which that individual meets the requirements specified in the training package or VET accredited courses.
You can use a variety of evidence to apply for RPL. Our partnered RTO will assess the evidence to decide if further training or assessment is required.

- Declarations from a student’s employer, and/or
- A copy of student records provided by ASQA.
