Entry Requirements

As you are entering this program as an apprentice under the Australian Apprenticeships arrangements, you must be 

• employed in the industry and registered with an Apprentice Network Provider (ANP) before enrolling.
• Before starting your training at Educube, you will need to undergo a Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) assessment to identify any areas where you may need additional assistance to achieve your qualification.
• It is highly recommended that you have completed CPCCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry before entering a construction worksite.

Upon completion of the Certificate III in Roof Plumbing, graduates can pursue various career pathways, including:

• Roof Plumber
• Metal Roofer
• Gutter Installer
• Roofing Technician
• Construction Estimator
• Building Maintenance Technician
• Plumbing Supervisor
• Self-Employment as a roofing contractor

• Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services (CPC40912)
• Diploma of Plumbing and Services (CPC50612)
• Advanced Diploma of Plumbing (CPC60212)

Further study in related fields such as building and construction management or engineering.

How to Apply for a License

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) means an assessment process that assesses the competency/s of an individual that may have been acquired through formal, non-formal and informal learning to determine the extent to which that individual meets the requirements specified in the training package or VET accredited courses.

You can use a variety of evidence to apply for RPL. Our partnered RTO will assess the evidence to decide if further training or assessment is required.
This includes, but is not limited to:

• Records of completed training
• Assessment items
• Assessment records
• Declarations from a student’s employer, and/or
• A copy of student records provided by ASQA.
