English Language: Proof of meeting one of the following:
- Passed VCE English or VCE ESL at year 12 level or equivalent.
- Demonstrated sufficient LLN skills through pre-training review process.
Pre-Training Review: Evaluation includes assessment of:
- Language, Literacy, and Numeracy skills.
- Understanding of course structure.
- Computer literacy.
- Motivation for course enrolment.

- Applicants must have access to a real or closely simulated workplace environment for training and assessment.
- Completion of the general construction induction training program specified by the Safe Work Australia model Code of Practice: Construction Work, such as CPCCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry, may be required for construction work.
Licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements for demolition work differ between states and territories. Please consult with the relevant regulatory authority.

How to Apply for a License
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) means an assessment process that assesses the competency/s of an individual that may have been acquired through formal, non-formal and informal learning to determine the extent to which that individual meets the requirements specified in the training package or VET accredited courses.
You can use a variety of evidence to apply for RPL. Our partnered RTO will assess the evidence to decide if further training or assessment is required.

- Assessment items
- Assessment records
- Declarations from a student’s employer, and/or
- A copy of student records provided by ASQA.
